I recently went to NAB in Vegas and my hotel was right off of Fremont street (downtown old Vegas). It was so noisy until about 3:30 am and I just could not sleep so I decided to have a bit of fun and create my own white noise ambient relaxation app combo. Ear plugs just didn’t work it was that bad. The white noise was inspired by my little 7 month old daughter we use white noise with her when she sleeps to drown out all the other noises like creaky floors helicopters, and police sirens (big city noises in Los Angeles). I thought to myself hey how can I create a fun white noise project in AUM on my iPad. I threw in a nice ambient melody generator for an additional relaxation element. The result, my “dream machine”.
